- Standard orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx. Please provide a complete street address, as our shipper will not deliver to a post office box. Your order will be processed within 48 hours and you should receive it within ten business days. We will inform you immediately if an item is out of stock and when it will be available. Orders must be received 12:00 noon CST (Monday-Friday) for same day processing. For items where express delivery is an option, orders must be received by 12:00 noon CST (Monday-Friday). Standard shipping charges will apply.

Please send all merchandise back to us along with the completed RMA form and the original invoice/packing slip.
